You know you’re in the right choir when one of the small group leaders delivers a Gospel message while relating it perfectly to Lord of the Rings.
Gandalf kicks butt, and so does Jesus.
Everyday, Christians are fighting a constant battle against sin and evil, but ykno what? The ultimate battle has already been won. So yes, we fight numerous battles and win and lose some, but in the end, we hold the victory. At the Battle of Helm’s Deep, when Aragorn, Legolas, and all of them were in trouble, Gandalf made an epic entrance with a thousand infantry. From then on, the main problem was to destroy the ring. In the same way, we’ve been saved by Jesus. :D
I love CBU. They even served bibimbap, pasta alfredo, and Italian meatball soup today. I’m so glad I chose to go here. xD
